Questions
How is volume counted?
Your spot and futures trades from the last 30 days, buys and sells, valued in US dollars. Futures count the position size, not the margin, so $500 at 10x counts as $5,000. Trades between your own orders don’t count.
Can I qualify with my balance instead?
Yes. Holding the listed balance across your Spot, Futures and Earn wallets, valued at current prices, qualifies you for that level too. Whichever gets you higher wins.
When does my level change?
Levels update every hour. When you move up, the lower fees apply to your next order and we send you a notification. If your volume drops, your level follows at the next update.
Do I need to apply or switch anything on?
No. Fees are applied automatically on every order. There’s nothing to sign up for and nothing to claim.
Do VIP discounts apply to every market?
Yes. A few markets have their own promotional rates; VIP discounts scale those by the same proportion, and zero-fee markets stay at zero.
