Check that your balance is included

Each snapshot commits every customer balance to a Merkle tree. Your browser recomputes the path from your balance to the published root, so you don’t have to trust us or anyone else.

How the tree is built

  1. Every account with a balance becomes a leaf: SHA-256 of its UID, a random nonce and its balances as sorted JSON.
  2. Leaves are paired and hashed together (left + right, as hex text) until one root remains. An unpaired node is paired with itself.
  3. We publish the root and totals. Your nonce keeps your balance private from everyone else.
