Go to Account, Security and choose Authenticator app. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password and enter the 6-digit code. From then on, logins from new devices and withdrawals ask for a code.

A word or phrase you choose that appears in every genuine email from Zarkoin. If an email claiming to be from us doesn’t show your code, it’s fake: don’t click its links.

Use Freeze account in Account, Security right away. It stops withdrawals, logs out every device, revokes API keys and cancels open orders. Then contact support. Unfreezing requires identity checks and a 24-hour wait.

After a password, email, phone or 2FA change, withdrawals are paused for 24 hours. If someone else made the change, this gives you time to freeze the account before any money leaves.

Yes. In Account, Trading limits you can set a maximum leverage, a daily loss limit and a cooldown. Tightening a limit applies immediately; loosening it takes 24 hours.

When you buy, the seller’s crypto is locked in escrow before you pay. It’s released to you only when the seller confirms your payment. If there’s a dispute, our team reviews the chat and evidence and decides.

No. Always pay from an account in your own name that matches your verified identity. Third-party payments are the most common cause of frozen bank accounts and disputes.

Once you’ve paid and marked the order as paid, the seller has a set time to release. If the time runs out, open an appeal from the order page and upload proof of payment.
